TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
I declare that the particulars in this application are true in every aspect and understand that any misinterpretation or misconduct in the course of employment will result in my instant dismissal. I agree, in consideration of your employing me, to the following terms and conditions of employment.
Contract / Temporary Terms & Conditions
- Employment by DE-FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is on temporary basis and on demand for any period which may be required. Salary will be computed according to the time sheet supplied by DE-FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD and signed, acknowledged with company stamp by the client, and reach us 3 working days before the payment date which is on 15th and 31st of each month, by the client and only after the time sheet has been received and processed. MBMF/CDAC/SINDA fund / ECF and CPF Contribution will be deducted according to the Statutory Regulations/CPF Act. Salary will be earned only on completion of at least four hours of satisfactory work.
- I will not disclose any confidential information that I obtain & gather during my stay with any client of DE-FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD to any person or company either during or after the termination of my employment with DE-FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD.
- Once an assignment has been accepted, I will give termination notice to DE-FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD according to the following schedule:
- five days for assignments up to one month
- seven days for assignments between one to three months
- ten days for assignments between three to six months
- fifteen days for assignments over six months
Failing which, I am liable to have my pay deducted in lieu of notice not given.
- I will not seek nor accept employment from any client of DE - FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD, unless made known to DE - FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD, to whom I have assigned to work, for at least six months after the last date I was placed on an assignment with the said client. That restriction will terminate six months after the last date that I was employed by DE - FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD.
PERMANENT/1-YEAR CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS
- I will inform DE - FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD for any position offered with the said client after attending an interview with the said client for a period of six months from the date the interview.
- For general placement (salary below $3000), if I fail to stay on a job for a period of two months or tender my resignation within the stipulated period(i.e 2 months), whichever earlier, I will be liable to compensate DE-FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD a fee of 30% on my monthly salary.
- For executive placement (salary $3000 & above), if I fail to stay on a job for a period of 3 months or tender my resignation within the stipulated period(i.e 3 months), whichever earlier, I will be liable to compensate DE-FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD a fee of 50% on my monthly salary.
- I agree to indemnify DE-FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD and to bear fully all legal cost, fees, disbursement and other expenses incurred or to be incurred, on an indemnity basis, for any steps taken by DE-FACTORS CONSULTANTS PTE LTD through its solicitors to demand for, and/or to institute legal proceedings to recover any monies or fees due from me.
